Shipping and delivery

You are responsible for making sure that the personal data you provide me is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages that have been mis-delivered, or lost in the care of USPS.

All DOMESTIC ORDERS are shipped via USPS and have a tracking number. Orders are shipped out within 1-5 business days of when the order was placed. The expected delivery time for an order is set out in the order confirmation. In case of delay in delivery, I will inform you and continue to monitor the order. Depending on delivery method you may be required to pick up the order at a specific delivery point. You are required to do so within the time specified in the notification of delivery. If you do not pick up the delivery in time you may be charged a fee and the order may be sent back to us at your expense. I may also cancel the order if the delivery is not picked up on time. Please email me if this problem arises.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED AT THE RISK OF THE SHOPPER. All international orders are shipped via USPS and are handed off to your local post office. Most tracking information stops updating once it leaves the USA. It can take up to 1-6 weeks to receive your order! Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on quantity purchased and your location. Customs and import duties may be applied to orders when your shipment reaches its destination– we are not responsible for these fees.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with your order, please email me at hello.riselle@gmail.com to resolve any issues. Allow up to 24 to 48 hours for a response. If the item you received is damaged, please contact us as soon as you can. I’ll work with you on either a replacement or a refund, if deemed appropriate after a review of the case.

We do not offer any returns or exchanges at this time, so should a return be accepted, we will issue a refund for the cost of the items purchased and ONLY AFTER the return arrives to us. SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURN SHIPPING COST. Items must be in it’s original condition with all original packaging.
